Once upon a time, the world was a giant, happy playground.

  • The air was sweet.

  • The trees stood tall.

  • The earth was healthy.

  • The water was crystal clear.

I used to sit and wonder: “Why are we letting this happen? Can a kid like me really fix a broken world?”

Guess what? The answer is a YES.

You don’t need to wait to grow up, you are the superhero, and you can bring the change

That’s why I created this booklet—for you.

Inside, you will meet my four friends. You will learn what is hurting them. And most importantly…

You will learn how to help them.

THE FOUR HEROES

Turning Environmental Problems into Personal Stories

But slowly… something went wrong.

  • Vayu (Air) started to cough

  • Tarun (Tree) grew weak

  • Dharti (Earth) felt heavy with plastic.

  • Jal (Water) lost turned dark

They aren't just my friends, they are yours too.

You deserve a world that is beautiful. But what makes life truly beautiful?

Beautiful Life =

Clean Air + Clean Water + Green Cover + Clean Surroundings

If any piece of this formula is missing, our world breaks.

Now I have a question for you…

Will you help me protect them?

Will you take small steps to make things better?

MEET THE FOUR FRIENDS

🌬 Vayu — The Friend Who Gives Every Breath

Vayu is the air that surrounds us every moment of every day. Though we can't see him, we depend on him with every breath we take.

Today, Vayu is struggling. Smoke from vehicles, burning waste, dust, and pollution have made the air heavier and harder to breathe. The cleaner the air, the healthier we all are—but Vayu needs our help to breathe freely again.

Meet the Hawa Hero

A Hawa Hero protects the air through simple choices. Walking instead of driving short distances, avoiding the burning of waste, choosing public transport, and keeping surroundings clean are all small actions that help Vayu recover.

Micro-Habits
  • Walk or cycle for short distances.

  • Never burn leaves or trash.

  • Use public transport whenever possible.

  • Help reduce dust by keeping your surroundings clean.

  • Tell an adult if you see waste being burned.

Tarun.png
Micro-Habits
  • Water a nearby plant every day.

  • Remove litter from around trees.

  • Protect young plants from being stepped on.

  • Grow a plant at home.

  • Reuse leftover water for watering plants.

🌳 Tarun — The Friend Who Wants to Grow

Tarun is a young tree with dreams of growing tall, providing shade, cleaning the air, and becoming home to countless birds and insects.

But growing isn't easy anymore. Concrete surrounds his roots, plastic litters the soil, and many young trees never get the care they need to thrive.

Meet the Pedh Rakshak

A Pedh Rakshak understands that every giant tree starts as a small plant. By caring for saplings today, we grow healthier communities tomorrow.

🌍 Dharti — The Friend Beneath Every Step

Dharti is the earth beneath our feet. She grows our food, supports our homes, and gives every living thing a place to belong.

Today, she carries a heavy burden. Plastic waste, litter, and pollution remain on the ground for years, slowly breaking into harmful microplastics that affect soil, water, animals, and people.

Meet the Kachra Fighter

Kachra Fighter.png

A Kachra Fighter knows that waste only becomes pollution when it ends up in the wrong place. Every correctly sorted bin, reusable container, and piece of litter picked up helps Dharti heal.

Micro-Habits
  • Learn and use the 4-bin waste system.

  • Carry reusable tiffins and cutlery.

  • Use cloth bags instead of plastic bags.

  • Pick up one piece of litter whenever you can.

  • Reuse bottles and containers before throwing them away.

💧 Jal — The Friend in Every Drop

Jal is the water that fills our rivers, falls as rain, and flows from our taps. Every person, plant, and animal depends on him.

But Jal is becoming polluted and wasted through careless habits. Clean water is limited, making every drop more precious than ever.

Meet the Paani Protector
